• Our Services (huEMR, SehatMitra, huRAD) are tools to support healthcare workflows. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• Responsibility for the accuracy of clinical data entered into the system rests with healthcare providers and institutions.
• Humantics does not provide medical practice, clinical judgment, or patient treatment.

4. Responsibilities of Healthcare Providers (Customers)

Healthcare providers using our Applications act as Data Controllers of patient health records. Customers must ensure:

• Compliance with applicable health, data protection, and medical record laws.
• Valid patient consent for data collection and processing.
• Proper configuration of integrations, access controls, and data entry accuracy.

5. Intellectual Property

• All software, code, designs, trademarks, and content in our Services are owned by or licensed to Humantics.
• No rights are granted to you other than a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Services as permitted under these Terms.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
